Our Breakfast Earl Grey is in honor of those who drink a cuppa Earl Grey as their waker-upper. This is a stronger Earl Grey with broken leaf black tea, which gives a greater oomph in the cup than full leaf blacks. Plus the added cacao nibs gives a denser and creamer liquor. It's going to be a great day!
Ingredients: assam black tea, safflower, lemon peels, cacao nibs, and oil of bergamot
Serving: 1 person = 1 cup = 237 ml / 8 fl.oz.
Tea Leaf: 2.0 grams of tea
Water Temp: 205+ degree Fahrenheit / 96+ degree Celsius
Steeping Time: 3-5 minutes
My customers and myself love this Earl Grey Blend. Often the bergamot in Earl Grey can be overpowering, but this one has the perfect balance. Aromatic and delicious. The base tea makes all the difference.
