We offer free shipping over $60 for retail clients!

We ship through DHL Express. During checkout, you will get a live quote from DHL Express, with our corporate discounts applied. We partner with DHL Express because it has the best shipping rates for the fastest delivery (2-3 days), to almost any part of the United States. 

Wholesale clients receive special shipping discounts on orders over 10-kilos/22-lbs. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We blend to order. That means it might take a couple of days to get your order blended and ready to ship. All orders are shipped within 5 business days from date of order.

Please check your purchase within 3 days upon receipt. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us right away so that we can correct the problem.

If you are returning a non-food item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To receive your RAN, please contact us. Items returned without RAN will not be refunded.
