We offer 'pickup in shop' option at checkout.

We offer free shipping over $70 across the United States!

We charge a flat $20/order shipping charge for orders below $70.

We ship through Canada Post which delivers through US Postal Service. We partner with Canada Post/US Postal Service because it has the lowest shipping cost, and the most reliable service, to any part of the United States. 

Your account on our website will be periodically updated as the order is processed. You will receive couple of emails with your order updates, and also the tracking number for your package once your order has been shipped.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. If there is an exception, we will email you with an update.

Please check your purchase within 3 days upon receipt. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us right away so that we can correct the problem.

If you are returning a non-food item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To receive your RAN, please contact us. Items returned without RAN will not be refunded.
